Weekend was over way too fast and the next has yet to come… Meanwhile, we work ourselves through this week, hoping that the next Friday will soon be reality while often (at least me) neglecting to eat anything. So I thought of sharing a quick and easy recipe for a tasty sandwich that can be made in under five minutes.
Keep in mind, that you can vary this recipe as much as you like. There are no limits to our imagination. Why not add some paprika instead of the tomatoes? Why not neglect butter and mustard alltogether and replace it with a tasty BBQ sauce?
Quick ‘n’ easy Sandwich:
What you’ll need:
- 2 slices of bread
- butter
- mustard
- tomates
- lettuce
- ham
- pickled cucumbers
Butter the slices of bread on one side and add as much mustard to it as you like. Spread some lettuce on one slice of bread. This will be you sandwich’s “basement”. Slice the pickeld cucumbers in about 2-3 mm thick slices and put them over the lettuce. Cover it with as much ham as you like. Put some slices of tomatoes on top of it and cover it with the other slice of bread.
Bon apétit!
