The series about my trip to southern France continues with some postcard views of La Ciotat. The first picture was taken during the blue hour, which is the period of twilight where there is neither full daylight, nor complete darkness. It is a great time to take shots of your town’s landmarks (like churches etc…), as it offers quite nice contrasts and colours that make an image more interesting. It’s one of my favourite times to take pictures, but I am usually too lazy to actually go out and take pictures during the blue hour
